Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Oman Promo platform. Your use of the platform constitutes an unconditional agreement to these terms.

1. Introduction and Key Definitions

Acceptance of Terms: Using the website or application signifies the User's full agreement to all terms and conditions.

Definitions:

• "The Platform" or "Oman Promo": Refers to the website and its affiliated applications.
• "User" or "Customer": Any person who browses or purchases products.
• "Seller" or "Store": Any third party registered on the platform to sell their products.
• "Services": The connection, payment, and marketing services provided by the Platform.

2. Limitation of Liability and Platform Role

Role: Oman Promo operates as a Digital Marketplace (Digital Intermediary) to connect Sellers with Buyers and is not a party to the sale or purchase contract.

Product Liability: The Platform bears no responsibility for the quality, authenticity, safety, or conformity of the products; this responsibility rests entirely with the Seller.

Advertisements and Offers: Offers and discounts are determined and managed by the Sellers. The Platform is responsible only for displaying them and applying them technically.

3. Terms of Sale and Purchase

• Prices and Taxes: All displayed prices are in Omani Rials (OMR) and are final. They may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) if the Seller is registered.
• Order Confirmation: An order is not considered confirmed until a payment confirmation notification is sent by the Platform.
• Order Cancellation: The Platform reserves the right to cancel any order if the Seller is unable to provide the item, or in the event of a clear pricing error.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Services: Please note that the Platform may utilize a third party for shipping services, and shipping fees are added to the order value.

Liability for Delay: The Platform is not liable for delays caused by the shipping company or Force Majeure; however, we are committed to assisting the Customer in tracking their shipment.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Policy: Returns and exchanges are subject to the Platform’s separate "Return and Exchange Policy," which specifies timeframes and conditions for acceptance.

Refunds: The amount will be refunded to the card used within 7-14 business days after the Seller receives the returned product.

6. Disputes and Governing Law

• Dispute Resolution: The Platform acts as the intermediary and adjudicator in disputes between the Seller and the Customer.
• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
• Competent Courts: The Omani courts are designated as the venue for resolving any disputes that may arise.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform content, logos, and designs are owned by Oman Promo.

Sellers and Users do not have the right to use the Platform's logos or copy its content.
